Subscription-based products such as JLR Pathfinder and TOPIx Cloud require an annual renewal to maintain access to the latest dealer-level updates, calibration files, and online programming services.

Yes, a Vehicle Communication Interface (VCI) is required to connect your laptop to the vehicle's CAN bus. Our DA-DoIP VCI supports both JLR SDD and Pathfinder, while the SX-CAN Interface is optimised for SX-CAN and SX-TOOL software. All VCIs are J2534 compatible and support DoIP communication on 2017+ vehicles.

All software purchases include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the software does not work as described on your compatible hardware, we offer a full refund or replacement. Hardware VCI interfaces carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Subscription services such as TOPIx Cloud are non-refundable once activated but can be transferred to another device.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. The price you paid for your original purchase is credited against the higher-tier package. For example, if you bought the Starter package at $149 and later want the Complete package at $6,999, you only pay the difference of $6,850. Contact our support team to arrange a hassle-free upgrade.
